Christ In Isaiah

Isaiah 53:1-12  Who hath believed our report?  And to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?  For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground:  He hath no form nor comeiliness; and when we shall see Him, there is no beauty that we should desire Him.  He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief:  and we hid as it were our faces from Him; He was despised, and we esteemed Him not.  Surely He hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows:  yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.  But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities:  the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed.  All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all.  He was oppressed, and He was afflicted, yet He opened not His mouth:  He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so He openeth not His mouth.  He was taken from prison and from judgment:  and who shall declare His generation?  For He was cut off out of the land of the living for the transgression of My people was He stricken.  And He made His grave with the wicked, and with the rich in His death; because He had done no violence, neither was any deceit in His mouth.  Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him; He hath put Him to grief:  when thou shalt make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.  He shall see of the travail of His soul, and shall be satsified:  by His knowledge shall My righteous Servant justify  many; for He shall bear their iniquities.  Therefore will I divide Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong; because He hath poured out His soul unto death:  and He was numbered with the transgressors; and He bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

This chapter should speak for itself, and my initial impulse was to let it stand alone so the full impact of what was spoken could be felt.  I could easily break down each line and tie to fulfilled Scriptures, but instead will only pull out just a few for clarification instead.  In Verse 2 ("...He hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see Him, there is no beauty that we should desire Him.") the form spoken of means that He has no appearance of pride (that very same pride that took Satan down).  Regardless of what He "looks" like the "beauty" of what He did for us is what we see, seek, and desire.  In Verse 10 ("Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him...") it pleased the Lord to take those stripes for us, His children, so that we might be with Him in eternity (Jesus was God with us in the flesh).  In Verse 12 ("....because He hath poured out His soul unto death:  and He was numbered with the transgressors; and He bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.") He made intercession by taking our place on the Cross without saying a word on His behalf.  Christ came in the flesh for us and He died on the Cross for us feeling everything in His flesh body so that we may live with Him after these flesh bodies....and for all of that, we but just have to believe upon Him.  John 3:16

Christ Is Our Passover

Hebrews 2:9-18  But we see Jesus, Who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour, that He by the grace of God should taste death for every man.  For it became Him for Whom are all things, and by Whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the Captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.  For both He That sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of One:  for which cause He is not ashamed to call them brethren, Saying, "I will declare Thy Name unto My brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto Thee."  And again, "I will put my trust in Him."  And again, "Behold, I and the children which God hath given Me."  Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He also Himself likewise took part of the same; that through death He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.  For verily He took not on Him the nature of angels; but He took on Him the seed of Abraham.  Wherefore in all things it behoved Him to be made like unto His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.  For in that He Himself hath suffered being tempted, He is able to succour them that are tempted.

Verse Hebrews 2:12 is quoted from Psalms 22:22 (in bold above).  Christ came in the flesh for our salvation.  He overcame death, which is to say Satan, by providing us this salvation through believing on Christ.  He took away the blood ordinances and allows us to simply repent for our sins through His sacrifice on the Cross and His blood being spilled for us for all times.  The Laws are still very much in effect but knowing that we will continue to stumble, we only need to call on Christ.

Hebrews 10:4-14  For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.  Wherefore when He cometh into the world, He saith, "sacrifice and offering Thou wouldest not, but a body hast Thou prepared Me:  In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin Thou hast had no pleasure.  Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of Me) to do Thy will, O God."  Above when He said, "sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin Thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein;" which are offered by the law; Then said He, "Lo, I come to do Thy will, O God."  He taketh away the first, that He may establish the second.  By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.  And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:  But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; From henceforth expecting till His enemies be made His footstool.  For by one offering He hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

In verse Hebrews 10:9 (in part in bold above) it is stipulated that the initial ordinances (animal sacrifices) for removing the sins of the flesh were removed and replaced with Christ's blood sacrifice on the Cross.  Christ our Savior was established in this, His first advent.  Christ Became Our Passover

I will return....

I have been composing the 6th & 7th Trump posts and am trying to simplify the information as much as possible....needing continued time for this construction...In the meantime, I will repost some Passover information along with some new posts on this sacred time of year.  May God Bless You In His Word!

False Preachers & Prophets

I Peter 4:17  For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

In Jeremiah 23 & Ezekiel 13 God addresses how He feels about prophesying from falsehoods and from man's own mouth and dreams.  God has given us both history and prophesy in His Word.  John the Baptist was the last prophet before Christ.  We have the prophecies, the signs, and the seasons to know what God would have us know.  Dreams, visions, and prophecies born outside of that are man derived.  Be careful for which is not from God or does not align with His Word.  We have the ability to check it all out for ourselves in an undiluted (man altered) Bible, so don't take anyone's word over God's and check out for yourself what's real and what's false.

II John 1:10-11  If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:  For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

5th Trump

In a nutshell the 5th Trump is for the hearing of God's Word with understanding.  The 5th Trump is when the final sealing of God's Truth in the Elect's forehead occurs so as for them to carry out their part of God's Plan in the 6th Trump by arming themselves in the Gospel Armor (Ephesians 6:11).  It is when those with eyes to see and ears to hear crack down on their understanding of God's Word and not that of traditions of men or misinformation.

In Amos 8:11-12 it stipulates that the famine of the end times will be for the true Word of God which could not be more true of today's misteachings and traditions.  The Bible is available to nearly everyone and by the time of Antichrist it will be available to everyone and what the 5th Trump is and where we are now, but hearing God's Word with understanding is not available to those without eyes to see and ears to hear.  Those who are in slumber will have to "get it" in the Millennium. Matthew 24:14, Revelation 6:9-11

Basics Regarding Seals / Trumps / Vials

Seals are placed in (sealed in) the mind of what's going to happen.  They do not appear in chronological order, unlike the Trumps, but are given in the order of importance.  Revelation 6, Mark 13

Trumps (trumpets) are sounded to execute what's about to happen and they do appear in the chronological order of occurrence.  We are currently in the 5th Trump and coming up on the 6th Trump.  1st-6th Trumps are that of Deception and the 7th is when the one true Christ returns.  Additionally, the woe Trumps are that of 5-7.  Revelation 8-11

Vials (plagues) are a time of action .... the appointed event is happening.
